A great use for your ripe mangoes

Ripe mangoes are the star of this salsa, adding a natural sweetness and juicy texture that complements the other ingredients perfectly. Choose mangoes that are ripe but firm, with vibrant hues and a fragrant aroma. The luscious sweetness of mangoes brings a tropical twist to this salsa, making it a delightful addition to any dish.

The freshly squeezed lime juice adds a tangy and citrusy kick to the salsa, balancing the sweetness of the mangoes and enhancing the overall flavor profile. The acidity of the lime juice brightens the salsa, creating a refreshing contrast that awakens the taste buds.

The addition of finely diced red onions provides a burst of flavor and a slight sharpness to the salsa. The red onions contribute a delightful crunch and balance out the sweetness of the mangoes, while adding a hint of pungency that enhances the overall taste experience.

Crunchy bell pepper add texture to this fruity dip, and adds another lightly sweet component and colour to the salsa.

Fresh cilantro leaves add an herbal freshness to the salsa, infusing it with a vibrant aroma and a subtle hint of citrus. Finely chop the cilantro and sprinkle it generously throughout the salsa to enhance its flavors and provide a bright visual appeal.

For those who enjoy a bit of heat, adding finely diced jalapeño peppers or spicy sauce brings a spicy kick to the mango salsa. Adjust the amount of jalapeño according to your preference, whether you prefer a milder or spicier salsa. The jalapeño adds a depth of flavor and a tantalizing heat that balances the sweetness of the mangoes.
